Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1 lb linguini, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- finely chopped bell pepper, bunch of green onions and container of tomatoes
- black olives
- feta cheese
- walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TBS red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all salad ingredients. Mix together all dressing ingredients. Toss together.
