BAKED LOBSTER TAILS

Step 1

Take a 8-10 oz lobster tail. Use scissor to cut tail and remove cartlidge. Pour 1 c water into a 13x9 baking dish and place up to three lobster tails in pan. In a small bowl combie 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over lobster and then drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
