Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, baked
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Bake potatoes until tender. Split potatoes and scoop out pulp. Mash potato, add sour cream, bacon, chives and cheese. Fill skins with mixture. Add a little more cheese to top and bake for 20 minutes at 350.
