Potato Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (may substitute shredded hash browns, thawed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tblsp flour
  • 2 Tblsp milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix potatoes with all other ingredients except oil. Shape into flat cakes about 1/2" thick. Heat oil in skillet. Fry until golden brown. Good with white chicken gravy.
