Ingredients
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp grated ginger
- 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 6 c broccoli chopped
- sliced carrot
- snap peas
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
cube tofu into 1 inch pieces and saute in evoo until lightly browned. set aside. combine all ingredients except the vegetables, tofu and sesame seeds in skillet over medium high heat until throughly heated. add vegetables and tofu and cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes until tender. add toasted sesame seeds.
