Ingredients
- 8 Ozs uncooked fettuccine
- 1/2 C butter or margarine
- 1/2 C whipping (heavy) cream
- 3/4 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/8 Tsp pepper
- Chopped fresh parlsey
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine as directed on package
While fettuccine is cooking, heat butter and whipping cream in 2 qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted add cheese salt and pepper
Drain fettuccine. Pour sauce over fettuccine; stir until fettuccine is coated, sprinkle with parsley
