Ingredients

  • 12 OZ. HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE - REDUCED FAT
  • 1 GREEN PEPPER - CHOPPED
  • 1 STALK CELERY - SLICED
  • 2 TBSP FLOUR
  • 14 OZ. CAN BEEF BROTH
  • 2 CANS (14 1/2 OZ. EACH)NO-SALT ADDED DICED TOMATOES - UNDRAINED
  • 2 CANS (15 1/2 OZ. EACH) KIDNEY BEANS - DRAINED AND RINSED

Preparation

Step 1

COOK SAUSAGE, GREEN PEPPER AND CELERY - MED HEAT
8 - 10 MINS. - DRAIN

ADD FLOUR, COOK AND STIR 1 MIN.

STIR IN BROTH, TOMATOES WITH THEIR LIQUID AND BEANS.

BRING TO BOIL - REDUCE HEAT TO LOW - COVER - SIMMER 20 MINS.STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.

SERVE WITH CRACKERS IF DESIRED
