Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 tart apple, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and rolled oats separately to creamed mixture. Stir in apples. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes.
