Fresh Cherry Pie

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 tbsp tapioca
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup suar
  • 3 drops red food coloring
  • 3 cups drained cherries (put cherries in strainer and then pack down and measure 3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Let ingredients stand 15 minutes. Pill in 9 inch pie crust brush 1 tsp butter on top. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes and 350 for 40 minutes.
