Ingredients
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. shallot, chopped
- 2 T. water
- pinch of salt
- 1 stick of butter when boiling
- 4 T. whipping cream
- Scallops (make sure they are dry)
- Touch of butter & oil (salad or olive)
- touch of flour
- touch of salt
- angel hair pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Make sure scallops are dry, then melt butter and oil in pan. Add scallops to flour, salt and pepper and then saute in butter, 2 min. aside. Cook pasta, drain and arrange scallops onto pasta, drizzle with sauce
