Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bagette sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp lemon peel
  • dash paprika
  • 12 oz cooked lobster

Preparation

Step 1

Toast bagettes with garlic and butter mixed. Mix remaining ingredients and place on toasted bagettes.
