Ingredients
- 4 lb. beef short ribs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 med. onions - sliced
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
mix flour,salt. pepper in shallow bowl-
coat ribs in flour mixture-shaking off excess
heat oil in skillet on med high until hot
add ribs and brown on all sides
line cooker and layer in onions,ribs and broth
cook on low 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours
