Scalloped Potatoes

  • Potatoes
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 Tbls Butter
  • 2 Tbls Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Boil Potatoes 10 to 15 minutes - Drain
In same pan mix milk, butter and flour
Wisk until thick
Toss in Cheddar Cheese

Pour over Potatoes

Bake 375

Cook until brown on top
