Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 small cauliflower (break into small flowerettes)
• 1 small broccoli
• 1 1/2 pkg shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
• 1 C Sour Cream
• 1 Can of green chilies
• 4 T butter (melted) (2 T for all the mix and other 2 for mixing with stuffing mix)
• Salt and Pepper
• 3/4 C peppridge farm stuffing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and put stuffing on top

Transfer to greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish

Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes
