Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus spears, each spear cut into thirds
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1 small white onion, thinly sliced into half rings
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Szechuan pickled vegetables
Preparation
Step 1
In a wok or large skillet, flash fry asparagus and onion in olive oil for about 2 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, chili paste, pickled veggies, and saute for 1 minute.
Add oyster sauce and corn starch and saute for 1 minute.
Add sesame oil and saute for 30 seconds to 1 minute and serve.
