Raspberry Cream With Chocolate Curls

Ingredients

  • 1 Package (10 oz) Frozen raspberries thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
  • 10 oz of Semi-Sweet Chocolate cut into curls (use potato peeler)

Preparation

Step 1

Force Raspberries thru fairly heavy mesh strainer.
Beat Cream until peaks form.
Fold Raspberries into whipped cream.
Spoon into dishes.
Sprinkle chocolate curls over mixture and serve.
