Ingredients
- 3 large Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first six ingredients, transfer to double thickness or greased heavy duty foil (18” square) , dot with butter, fold foil around potatoes & seal tightly, grill over medium. Heat for 30- 35 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning once. Open foil, sprinkle with bacon, mozzarella & cheddar. Grill 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
