Ingredients
- 1 1/2lb new potatoes, cut into pieces
- 4 heaping tbsp sour cream
- zest and juice of lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 heaping tbsp horseradish
- handful of parsely
- sm handfull of chives
- sm bunch spring onions, finely sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender,then drain and cool Add sour cream, lemon zest and juice and olive oil. Toss and season with S&P. Add horseradish, parsley, chives and spring onions.
