Set oven at 350. In a glass cake pan, melt butter, then add peaches with juice and set dish aside. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and milk, then pour batter over melted butter and peaches. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Finally, top off with sugar and cinnamon. This tastes amazing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
