Fettucini Alfredo

  • 2 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups parmesan
  • pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 2 cups cream with lemon juice. Don't bring to boil. Kee at low heat. Add butter. Add al dante pasta to sauce. Stir together. Add 3/4 cup cream. Add parmesan. Add lemon zest a pinch of nutmeg and salt and pepper
