Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 8 Tsp. butter
- 8 Tsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Tear off enough foil to wrap each chop.
Coat both sides of chops with lemon pepper. Put 1 Tbsp. butter & 1 Tbsp. olive oil in the center of each piece of foil. Put chop on top.
Top each chop with 1 Tbsp. butter, 1 Tbsp. oil and 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. Wrap each chop tightly. Place in oven for 35 min.
