Spinach and Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 cup water
  • 9 oz Package of tortellini
  • 6 oz package of baby spinach

Preparation

Step 1

bring stock and water to a boil in a large saucepan.
reduce heat and add pastA simmer until pasta is tender about 6 minutes.
STIR IN BABY SPINACH cook until wilted season with salt and pepper to your taste add parmesan cheese
