Antipasta

Ingredients

  • 2 Jars of Marinated Artichokes
  • 1 large Jar of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Jar of Roasted peppers
  • 1 Jar of Black Olives (small)
  • 1/4 lb mild provalone
  • 1/4 lb genoa salami
  • Garlic powder
  • Oil
  • Pepperoni
  • 1 fresh clove of garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in large marinating dish and mix.
Let marinate in refridgerator overnight.
Next day remove and turn to mix.
May need a little oil to moisten.
return to refridgerator and continue to occasionally turn until ready to serve.
