- 2 Jars of Marinated Artichokes
- 1 large Jar of sliced mushrooms
- 1 Jar of Roasted peppers
- 1 Jar of Black Olives (small)
- 1/4 lb mild provalone
- 1/4 lb genoa salami
- Garlic powder
- 1 fresh clove of garlic
Combine all ingredients in large marinating dish and mix.
Let marinate in refridgerator overnight.
Next day remove and turn to mix.
May need a little oil to moisten.
return to refridgerator and continue to occasionally turn until ready to serve.
