Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 4 potatoes, cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, paprika and pepper

In baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. sprinkle with cheese; spool soup mixture over cheese.

Cover with foil; bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes until fork tender.
