Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef filet or top sirloin cut into chunks
- 3 or 4 different vegetables cut into 1 1/2 inch slices
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate:
1 cup olive oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 T. cracked pepper
2 cloves garlic
Put meat in a ziplock bag along with marinade. Store in refrigerator until ready to cook on the grill.
