Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 3 fresh green onions, finely chopped (only green portion)
Preparation
Step 1
• In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and apricot preserves and beat until well blended. Stir in garlic, walnuts and green onions. Refrigerate until ready to use.
• Serve with assorted crackers.
