2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
¼ cup apricot preserves
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
3 fresh green onions, finely chopped (only green portion)
• In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and apricot preserves and beat until well blended. Stir in garlic, walnuts and green onions. Refrigerate until ready to use. • Serve with assorted crackers.
