Grilled Spicy Asian Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 2 Tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined shirmp (about 46)
- Cooking spray
- 4 lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare Grill
2. Combine 2 tablespoons cilantro and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with whisk.
3. Thread shrimp evenly onto 4 (12-inch) metal skewers. Brush, both sides of shrimp with sauce. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp ar done, burshing frequently with remaining spicy sauce. Sprinklye shrimp evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
