Ingredients
- 3 large Italian sausage links
- 3 slices chopped bacon
- 2 med chopped onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 10 c water
- 10 cubes of chicken bullion
- 3 c chopped cauliflower
- 2 c torn up kale
- 3/4 c heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausages links in oven 450 for 30 min
Cool and cut into bite size pieces
Sautee bacon
Add onion and sautee until soft
Add garlic and cook 1 minute
Add water, bullion, cauliflower and simmer 20 minutes
Add sausage, kale, cream and simmer 5 minutes
