Chicken Thighs with Honey-Ginger Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (~ 3/4 lb)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken, cook for 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Add sauce, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 min or until done.
