Ingredients
- #2 can of sliced pineapple
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 txp. baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Drain juice from pineapple
In a large bittered fry pan, add brown sugar
Dot with 2 Tbsp. butter. Distribute pineapple
Batter:
Beat sugar, eggs, 1/2 c. pineapple juice & flour. Add baking powder, salt & vanilla.
Pour over pineapple.
Bake 3/4 to 1 hr. in slow oven
