Ingredients
- 1 Loaf French Bread
- 3 large Ripe Tomatoes seeded and diced (1lb)
- 1/4 Cup snipped fresh basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 2 tsp. Balsamic Viniger
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mozorella
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange bread slices on flat baking stone. Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown.
In small batter bowl combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, vinger, oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently. Scoop mixture over bread slices sprinkle with cheese. Serve
