Fresh Tomato & Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf French Bread
  • 3 large Ripe Tomatoes seeded and diced (1lb)
  • 1/4 Cup snipped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 2 tsp. Balsamic Viniger
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. mozorella

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange bread slices on flat baking stone. Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown.

In small batter bowl combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, vinger, oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently. Scoop mixture over bread slices sprinkle with cheese. Serve
