Ingredients
- 2 lbs 26/30 count shrimp
- 1 c dry seasoning
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 4 small potatoes
- 6 1/2 ears frozen corn
Preparation
Step 1
Put 3 gallons water, seasoning mix and vinegar in seafood pot. Bring to a boil.
Add potatoes, boil for 9 minutes. Add corn to pot and boil an additional 6 minutes.
Add shrimp to pot and boil for 2 minutes. Turn gas off and let pot sit covered for 5 minutes.
