Dilled Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 7 or 8oz can salmon, drained and finely flaked
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/4 cup finely minced pimento

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonaise until smooth. Then beat by hand or with mixer until fluffy. Stir in remain ingredients and mix well. Chill for 1 hour, then shape into a ball for spreading on crackers.
