Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • Italian sausage
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth or clean with mushroom brush. Remove stems and center, making room for sausage.

3. Fill each mushroom with sausage until mounded and compact. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until sausage is cooked through. Serve hot.
