Chili Cheese Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 6 Ears of Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Limes, Quartered

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mayonaise and chili powder. Brush corn with oil. Rotate on a medium-high grill for 8 minutes. Brush with mayonaise mixture, roll in cheese, and serve with lime wedges.
