The Cheesy Bacon Bowl

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. block colby-jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 8oz. pkg. bacon bits (or 1 lb. cooked crisp bacon)
  • 1 1/2 cups light mayo
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 26 oz. round loaf bread

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients except bread; set aside.

Hollow out bread, reserving torn pieces. Spoon dip into bread; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake @ 350 for one hour. Serve with torn pieces of bread or apple slices.
