Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- Salad greens
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine oil, sour cream, heavy cream, vinegar, salt and garlic; stir until smooth.
Chill.
Serve over salad greens.
Refrigerate leftovers.
