Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes (5-6 medium) peeled & cut into 3/4 inch chunks
  • 1 Cup hellmanns
  • 2 Tbls Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbls sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. In 4 quart pot, cover potatoes with water, bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer 10 mins or until potatoes are tender. Drain & Cool Slightly
3. In large bowl, combine Mayo, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar and Pepper.
4. Add Potatoes, Celery, Onion and Eggs.
5. Toss.
