Festive Bacon & Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz soft cream cheese, cubed
  • 4 c shredded colby- jack cheese
  • 1 c half & half
  • 2 T pepared mustard
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 2 tsp worchestershire
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pound of bacon, cooked & crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Place cream cheese, colby- jack, half &half, mustard, onion, worchestershire, salt & hot pepper sauce in a crockpot. Cover & cook, stirring occasionally on low for 1 hr or until cheese melts. stir in bacon & adjust seasoning if desired.

Serve with crusty bread, tortilla chips or fruit and veggie dippers.
