Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dried Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Dried Rubbed Sage
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Cooking Spray
- 1 1/2 Cups 1% Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and seasonings in a shallow dish. Dredge pork and shake off excess flour. Reserve mixture. Melt butter in a skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook 2 minutes on each side on medium-high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes or until done. Combine flour and milk with a whisk in a small bowl. Remove pork chops and add the milk mixture to the pan. Boil, scraping the pan. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until gravy is thick.
