Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp--finely chopped
- 2 tsp Old Bay
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 plum tomato--finely chopped
- 2 TBSP green onion--finely chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 egg white
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 TBSP mayo
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix shrimp, Old Bay, garlic, tomato, onion, olive oil and egg until well blended.
2. Slice bread into 1/2 inch pieces. Broil until lightly toasted. Spread lightly with mayo and spoon shrimp mix evenly.
3. Bake 8-10 min or until heated through and lightly brown.
