SCALLOPED CORN

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 - 16 oz. Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 – 16 oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn, including liquid
  • 1 stick of margarine (melted)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 box “Jiffy” corn bread muffin mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased 9X13 casserole dish at 350˚for 40 minutes.
