Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 t. ground cloves
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup pumpkin.
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, ground cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder baking soda, salt. Add sugar, yogurt, egg whites. Add pumpkin. Mix well.
Pour into loaf pan, or cupcake papers, or mini cupcake papers.
Bake at 350 degrees.
55-60 minutes for loaf
20-22 minutes for cupcakes
15-18 minutes for mini cupcakes
