Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Beef Chuck Roast
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 (1 oz.) package dry onion soup mix
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour soy sauce and dry onion soup mix into slow cooker and mix will.
2. Place Chuck Roast into slow cooker.
3. Add water until the top 1/2 inch of roast is not covered.
4. Cover and cook on low for approx. 12 hours.
Note:
Can add carrots and potatoes. If do - add more soy sauce.
*Add veggies last 5 hours.
