Eggplant Rolls

Ingredients

  • Eggplant, sliced
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Goat cheese
  • Chives
  • Thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Grill the eggplant slices with oil.
Marinate them in balsamic vinegar and salt with chives and thyme for several days.
Remove from marinade and spread with goat cheese.
Roll slices tightly and secure with toothpick.
