Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 1 Cup of chopped Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Tsp of Tony's Seasoning
  • 4 Drops of Hot Sauce
  • 2 Cans of 14oz Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 Can - 10oz of Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can - 10oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Dozen Oysters drained

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a 4 Cup Glass Measure, combine butter, onion, green onion, and garlic.
2. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes for until soft but not brown.
3. In 3Qt Casserole, combine sauteed vegetables, thyme, Bay Leaf, Seasoning, Hot Sauce, Artichoke, chicken broth, mushroom soup, and oyster juice. Cover with lid and plastic wrap.
4. 10 to 12 Minutes in Microwave until almost boiling, Stir in oysters and cover.
5. 8 to 10 Minutes or until hot and oysters have curled. Let stand for 10 Minutes
