Sausage and Artichoke Pasta

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- salt
- 1/2 cup vermouth or vodka
Preparation
Step 1
Saute sausage and onions in olive oil.
When brown add jar of marinated artichoke hearts (undrained), a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup vermouth or vodka.
Serve over pasta with Parmesan cheese.
