Ingredients
- 1 Lb Cubed meat
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch, Divided
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Divided
- Large Can of Pineapple Chunks
- 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- Dash of hot sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper Slices
Preparation
Step 1
Combine meat, 1 Tbsp corn starch, and 1 Tbsp soy sauce. Combine pineapple juice, 1 Tbsp corn starch, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and hot sauce. Heat oil and saute meat. Add the onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper. Stir 3 minutes or until meat is cooked. Add wet mixture and boil.
